Note:The rates are in EUR. The payment for the services shall be made in UAH according to the exchange rates established by the National Bank of Ukraine as of the day of signing the Agreement. The rate includes insurance and maintenance, but excludes fuel cost.
Documents to be shown by the Customer:
1. Valid passport.
2. Identification number card (for citizens of Ukraine).
3. Driver’s licence valid for 2 years.
4. Bank card (in case of non-cash payment).
The minimum age of the Customer is 21 years.
The minimum rental period without a chauffeur is 24 hours.
Fuel: All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to Rubikon2. If a vehicle has been returned with an unfilled tank, refuelling charges of EUR 1.2 per liter shall be paid by the Customer.
Additional services:
·Delivery of the vehicle within the city – EUR 10.
·Collection of the vehicle within the city – EUR 10.
·Airportcharge – EUR 15.
·Additional driver surcharge – EUR 10.
·Supplementary insurance - EUR 10
·Delivery/collection out of opening hours and on holidays – EUR 20
Damage deposit: A damage deposit depending upon the vehicle is charged as a security. The deposit is paid by the Customer at the moment of signing the Rental Agreement and is returned to the Customer immediately after rented vehicle return to the renter.
